On August 4, 2016, Brenda J. Gaines notified the company of her resignation from the Board of Directors of Fannie Mae (formally, the Federal National Mortgage Association), effective as of August 31, 2016, and David H. Sidwell notified the company of his resignation from the Board of Directors of Fannie Mae, effective as of September 30, 2016.
